    Next, customer research gave us the opportunity to gather real input from users, asking them questions and observing their interaction with the current website.

    Based on 22 interviews, we built detailed user profiles containing:

    • A brief description of the individual’s work responsibilities and of their company’s size
    • Characteristics that set out needs and wants
    • Selected quotes highlighting common themes
    • Relevant business requirement
