Interaction Model

For an online application that would streamline the specification and purchase of complex electrical products, I developed this chart to describe the various tasks and interactions each constituent played at every stage in the process. (The actual document is 15 pages, one page for every stage.)

Our team interviewed various constituents, observed them in their daily activities, and then we analyzed the pain points, duplications and key successes. This chart helped gain consensus among our clients and team and helped lead us towards prioritization of features and functionalities.
