Roadmap Visualization: How do you get buy-in without mocks?

During roadmap planning, the team used this storyboard to get all stakeholders on the same page and develop a common language for features and functionality.

I was the design manager, and in a week I wrote, art directed and produced this story. My whole team contributed to the final work – posing for the photos, creating art, and helping bring the characters to life.
